Deposition of the victim’s testimony in criminal proceedings of the Kyrgyz Republic

The article is devoted to the study of the institute of deposition of testimony of the victim in the criminal process of the Kyrgyz Republic. During the study, the author analyzed the conceptual foundations of this institute, its procedural significance. The role and importance of the institution of deposition of evidence in criminal proceedings for the adoption of legal and reasoned procedural decisions is also noted. Based on the results of the study, the author comes to the conclusion about the need to develop an appropriate theoretical basis in order to expand the deposit of indications of other types of evidence as a promising direction for improving the criminal procedural legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
