Study results of depressive disorders in 49 oncologic patients of the VI clinical group of senile age who were in hospis are presented in the work. The structure of oncologic and concominant somatic pathology which is comorbid with depressions is analyzed. Clinical peculiarities of depressive disorders revealed are described the rate of which was 69,39%.
