Depressive disorders out of psychiatric network: medical-psychological aspect

Increase of prevalence of depressive disorders in the general population and in patients with somatic diseases is shown. Changes of sights at clinic in historical, methodological, classification and interdisciplinary contexts are analyzed. The problem of comorbidity in aspect of contemporary clinical epidemiology is discussed. Modern approaches to revealing and management of the depressive disorders, accepted in clinical and medical psychology are considered.
