Deprivation of needs as a condition of disharmonic relations between educational process subjects

Basing upon empirical data, obtained with the author's psycho-diagnostic techniques, the article discusses results of the research of needs deprivation as a condition of disharmonic relations between educational process subjects. The author establishes that when interacting subjects are not able to satisfy their needs in the relations, or one party tends to fill the needs obsessively “no matter what", it results in gap increase and disharmony between them.
