Deputy as the subject of application to the constitutional justice

The article analyzes the rights of deputies to send requests in the order of abstract normative control to the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation and constitutional (charter) courts of the constituent entities of the Federation. Substantiates the idea of necessity to consolidate regulation of individual rights of State Duma deputies to appeal to the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation and members of representative bodies of public authorities of constituent units of federation and local authorities appeal to constitutional (charter) courts of constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
