Deputy of the local representative body self-government: main content of activity

The issues of organizing the activities of municipal deputies in the implementation of their deputy duties are considered. It is noted that the absolute majority of deputies do this on a voluntary basis, that is, deputy activity is not their main activity. This situation, along with other identified problems, reduces the potential of the representative body of local self-government to resolve issues of local importance, on the basis of which proposals for solving the identified problems are justified.
