Wooden dippers with waterfowl-headed handles from the territory of the Trans-Urals, forest zone of the Eastern and Northern Europe

The paper deals with wooden dippers with handles decorated with heads of waterfowls, which were collected on the peat-bog sites of the Trans-Urals and forest zone of Eastern and Northern Europe. The authors analyzed vessels` morphology and some aspects of technological process as well as archaeological context; there has been also proposed various opinions concerning artifacts` function and semantics.
