Бесплатный доступ

In modern conditions, the criminalization of society acts as a particularly dangerous factor that negatively affects the well-being of citizens. In this context, special attention and concern of law enforcement agencies is caused by the number of offenses and crimes committed by minors. Among the reasons that cause illegal behavior of adolescents, in our opinion, the leading role is played by their manifestation of destructive behavior, the signs of which sometimes remain unnoticed for adults and which in the future forms a persistent behavioral stereotype in the adolescent environment based on permissiveness and non-punishability. The author comes to the conclusion that it is the signs of destruction in the behavioral model of minors that should become the subject of close attention and the object of preventive work by teachers, law enforcement officers and social services employees, since in the future their “rebirth” into illegal or criminal tendencies is possible, the consequence of which can sometimes be irreversible events in the field of violations of the law by young citizens.
