Destructive features of consciousness as the problem of a social progress in modern Russia

The article deals with the problem of a destructive consciousness towards the society. The subjects of public relations, possessing such consciousness, do not often defend the interests of their social system and their country. In particular cases they can have an antisocial position. It appears to be more dangerous when the subject having more power, as a rule, controls a bigger quantity of public resources. Such situation in the Russian society becomes a barrier for the progressive development of the country and it requires special attention and quick solution.
