Concept determination of specialist competence

In the article the competence concept is represented as a verbal function of system characteristics of the competence relations subject. The system analysis of substantial competences descriptions as their manifestation aspects shows the main system characteristics of the concept of competence. The revealed characteristics descriptions allowed elaborating of the selective concept of specialist competence. The authors conclude that it is necessary to ensure an education orientation to form consistent systems of competences providing constant professional activity in modern social and economic conditions.
