Determinant particular compulsion to perform sexual acts

The article considers the criminological characteristics of compulsion to perform sexual acts as a form of criminal sexual conduct. Analysis of literature and the results of sociological surveys allowed to determine the causes and circumstances of sexual harassment. Social conditionality of violent sex offenses is characterized, first of all, by factors of a social and economic content. Motives of sex offenses correspond to two psychogenic requirements - requirement of domination and need for an otreagirovaniye. The author notes that practically all scientists of one of the reasons of commission of sex offenses consider existence of shortcomings of cultural and educational character. The gaps of family and school education attracting in some cases the wrong formation of the personality, first of all, concern to them. In the conclusion the author draws a conclusion that the conducted research allowed to reveal circumstances which cause and promote commission of compulsion to actions of sexual character.
