Determinants of criminal non-payment of salary, pension, scholarships, benefits and other payouts (Art. 145.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation)

The reasons and conditions of crime connected with violation of procedure of remuneration of labour are studied. Circumstances determining the origin of such crime that further will become a basis for qualitative elaboration of the main points of separate groups of determinants and for formulating most effective measures aimed at neutralization and further elimination of the revealed reasons are revealed.
