Determinants of victimization propensity: personal and socio-psychological aspects

This article examines the personal and socio-psychological determinants of victimization. The influence of interpersonal interaction, including objective economic, social, and cultural characteristics of the external environment, as well as features of family dynamics, as well as the influence of individual psychological characteristics of a personality, such as age, needs, personality orientation, behavioral characteristics of the victim, as well as gender as a social category influencing victim behavior, is considered in detail.
