Determinants of the stable stenocardia at women with rheumatoid arthritis

At complex study of 61 women with rheumatoid arthritis the stable stenocardia in 52,5 % of cases is revealed: in 26,25 % certain and in 26,25 % probable. Ischemic changes ECG were in 60,7 %, painless an ischemia - in 37,8 %. The interrelation between traditional, "illness-caused" factors cardiovascular risk and clinical and ECG-displays of an ischemia of a myocardium is established. Presence of the certain stenocardia associates with the big number of risk factors
