The article is devoted to the consideration the determinants of successful professional and personal self-determination of orphans students of higher and secondary special pedagogical educational institutions. The criteria of professional and personal self-determination of orphan students have been described, stages of personality’s professional self-determination have been allocated. The prospects of development and optimization of professional and personal self-determination of orphan students - the future teachers have been outlined.
