Children with intellectual impairments: specific perceptions of body scheme

The article deals with the issue of the specificity of the ideas about the body scheme in children with intellectual disabilities. The author presents the results of the ascertaining experiment. Based on the data obtained, an approximate content of correctional work on the formation of ideas about the body scheme was developed.
