Children ombudsman in the Republic of Bashkortosatan as an effective institution of children rights protection

The article describes the general characteristic of the Institute of the Children's ombudsman in the Republic of Bashkortostan, the pros and cons of its work, and gives suggestions for improving the work of this institution. The activities of the Children's ombudsman in the RB analyzed in comparison with other regions and foreign countries (England). Feature of the article is that the author gives in it her own definition of "Commissioner for Children's Rights" ("Children's Ombudsman").
