Deviation as a component of everyday work in the south-Russian collective farms in the 1930s

The article deals with the negative aspects of farmers' everyday working life associated with typical interpersonal conflicts and the use of overt bullying in collective production teams, due to contradictory process of formation of the collective farm system in the South of Russia.
