Deviations in the social management system of Russia

The article deals with various social negative deviations in the administrative sphere, in particular, corruption, bureaucracy and lobbyism. It is shown that the social management deviations are very dangerous to the entire society. In the conclusion it is emphasized that the specific features of the social psychology of the Russian society and its human resources are characterized by the fact that corruption becomes a component of the value and norm system, forming some kind of corruption culture that has developed in the conditions of value system anomy and has become a specific form of social relations.
