Deviation as an indicator of social stratification of a society in times of a crisis

The article deals with the hypothetical concepts defining the social tension, and reviews the causes of deviant behavior. The objectives and the main provisions of the deviant behavior study are formulated. The author substantiates the idea that the forms of deviation (negative and positive) depend on economic, demographic and cultural factors. The paper describes the content of the three structures and types of activities that ensure the stability of social behavior (regulative, normative, cognitive nature of relationship). The author suggests an approach for evaluation of social relations by means of the index of social interaction imbalance.
