Deviant behavior as a component of human potential: analysis and functional relations

The most important elements of human potential, acting as its negative components - indicators reflecting antisocial (deviant) behavior in society have been studied. The definition of the concept of deviant behavior is given, its structure and features are analyzed, the choice of three indicators characterizing externally destructive and addictive behavior, respectively, is justified: the level of crime and the spread of alcoholism and drug addiction. The results of the analysis of official statistics on these indicators are given. The main trends in their dynamics are identified and possible reasons for their change are proposed. A correlation analysis of the factors interconnected with the indicators of the spread of alcoholism, drug addiction and crime in the regions of the country was carried out.
