Desertion: actual problems of qualification

This article provides the analysis of current problems of desertion qualification. It gives the enhanced characterization of “desertion” concept of (the legal qualification of the staff). It reveals more precisely the signs of “entrusted with weapons” as the cases of additional qualification according to Art. 226 of the Criminal Code (the theft of weapons).
