Diagnostic value of the hip computer tomography in children with congenital dislocation of the hip

The results of preoperative tomographic examination of 36 children with congenital subluxation and dislocation of the hip are demonstrated. Computer tomography gives the possibility to get the precise spatial notions of structural anatomic disorders of the hip components and character of their relations. The information obtained extends possibilities of preoperative projecting reconstructive intervention in patients with congenital dislocation of the hip.
