The diagnostic importance of vessels anomalies of a kidney at potential donors

The authors held combined examination of 48 potential donors; at 30 of them a related kidney was transplanted. At that, anomalies of kidneys vessels were detected at 30% of the surveyed ones. Remote results at the transplanted patients have been retraced at term from 6 months to 5 years. The anomalies of kidneys vessels have complicated execution manner of the surgery, but have not worsened the remote results after transplantation. The authors consider possible using the potential donors with anomalies of kidneys vessels for expansion of their pool to transplant a related kidney.
