In order to establish the possibility of air entering the right half of the heart in the presence of an open plastic catheter in the connective vein with closed and open heart massage in the corpses prior to the study, the connective vein was punctured with a needle for intravenous injections and left open for communication with the external environment. Closed massage or open-heart massage was performed for 2 minutes followed by an air embolism test. In all cases, when puncturing the right half of the heart and having a needle for intravenous injections in the connected vein, the sample gave a positive result in the form of air bubbles under water. When performing resuscitation measures in the form of closed and open-heart massage, air penetration into the right half of the heart is possible. To avoid complications during resuscitation, it is necessary to observe several conditions aimed at preventing the communication of ambient air with the system for intravenous injections.
