Evaluation of left ventricular wall motion abnormalities by limited hand-carried echocardiography in patients with acute coronary syndrome

The objective of the present investigation was to assess the value of transthoracic limited hand-carried echocardiography in revealing of acute left ventricular wall motion abnormalities in patients with suspected acute coronary syndrome. Limited hand-carried echocardiography had high diagnostic value in detection of acute coronary syndrome. So, this method can be recommended as an additional tool supporting or excluding acute myocardial ischemia.
