Ebstein’s anomaly is a rare defect of the tricuspid valve and the right ventricle, with an extremely variable natural history and prognosis depends on the age of patients. In young children this right ventricular dysfunction in heart defects may lead to a dramatic clinical situation with a negative outcome. The study of modern literature shows that even today, despite advances in modern cardiac surgery reconstructive interventions at Ebstein’s anomaly is quite complicated and risky operation, accompanied by a high level of morbidity and mortality. The purpose of this communication in the disclosure of the whole variety of types of surgical treatment of Ebstein anomaly for demonstration and maximizing the use of methods and means which would exclude the possibility of complications.
