Диагностика и хирургическое лечение аномалии Эбштейна

Аномалия Эбштейна является редким пороком трехстворчатого клапана и правого желудочка, с чрезвычайно вариабельным естественным течением и прогнозом в зависимости от возраста пациентов. У детей раннего возраста правожелудочковая дисфункция при данном пороке сердца может привести к драматической клинической ситуации с негативным прогнозом. Изучение современной литературы показывает, что даже сегодня, несмотря на достижения современной кардиохирургии реконструктивно-восстановительные вмешательства при аномалии Эбштейна остаются достаточно сложной и рискованной операцией, сопровождающейся высоким уровнем осложнений и летальности. Цель данного сообщения в раскрытии всего многообразия видов хирургического лечения аномалии Эбштейна для демонстрации и максимального использования методов и средств, которые бы исключили возможные осложнения.
