The results of dynamics as well as measuring of intra-abdominal pressure of 93 patients suffering from intra-abdominal infection are presented. It was observed that in 100% of cases abdominal sepsis is complicated by increase of intra-abdominal pressure and developing intra-abdominal hypertension; intra-abdominal hypertension syndrome develops in 48,39% of cases.
