Orthopedic correction the functional disorders in the lumbar-pelvic region before the total hip arthroplasty

The aim of the study the identification and orthopedic correction of functional disorders in the lumbosacral spine and pelvis before surgery on the hip joint. The article describes the experience of pre-surgery treatment of lumbosacral spine lesions among 156 patients aged from 24 to 57 years. All patients performed different types of manual therapy allowed the development of the pathological process in each individual case. Manual treatment results were evaluated using visual analog scale pain (VAS), Oswesty and Harris scales. There was a significant improvement in the life quality of patients, including the reduction of pain and increase of daily activity. The observations are presented for the period from 2013 to 2016.
