Diagnostics of corporate culture (CC) was carried out on the basis of the «bulb of culture» model with a specific example of an organization. Corporate culture has been studied in various aspects: symbols, attributes, corporate clothing, special jargon, as elements of the upper organizational level; traditions, rituals, heroes, norms and rules, symbolizing the deep level of the «bulb of culture» model. Each organization forms its own unique corporate culture, which in the future will influence the activities of the organization.
