Diagnostics of mycoplasmosis and salmonellis in birds with a polymerase chain reaction method

The method of polymerase chain reaction in DNA samples isolated from the biomaterial from clinically sick birds was able to identify two carriers of Mycoplasma gallisepticum and Salmonella. Data was presented to veterinary specialist of the farm to take measures to prevent the spread of these infections.
