Introduction. Olfactory dysfunction (dysosmia) is a common sensory disorder characterized by reduced threshold sensitivity, impaired odor discrimination, and compromised odor identification. This pilot study evaluated the novel Panoramic Smell Test, which sequentially assesses these three core components of olfactory function.
