Identification of a cervical cancer (CCU) at a screening stage is an important task. The frequency of 1-2 stages of cervical cancer has increased from 55,8% (1998) to 81,0% in 2011, the number of the sick of cervical cancer revealed on screening inspections (from 3,6% to 48,9%) increased. The increase of cancer in situ from 8,5% to 27,4% is noted in 2011. In article the analysis of early diagnostics taking into account a cancer in situ and the I-II stage of cervical cancer in RK is presented. This indicator increased from 59,6% (1998) to 86,2% in 2011. There are 3 groups of districts in Karelian Republic with different levels of early cervical cancer diagnosis (cancer in situ 1-2 stages).
