Diagnostics of the professional burning of teachers of higher school in personnel management

The article presents the results of an empirical study of the syndrome of professional burnout of the faculty of higher education of the VGSPU. It was revealed that, in the opinion of teachers, to promote minimization of the risk of this syndrome, the "psychologist's office" could be encouraged and introduced.
