The diagnosis of residual-organic neuro-psychic disorders at children

The article presents the analysis of development of ideas about clinical displays of organic mental disorders in child's age. A modern terminological variety creates not only concept but also diagnostic problems, therefore different specialists do not abandon attempts to find a common determination for various encephalopatic symptoms for children, here to save all variety at description of their clinical displays. One of the most successful, in authors opinion, there is the multidisciplinary approach for diagnostic of neuropsychic disorders for children with support on the multiaxial classification system. It six axes are used as applies to psychical and behavioural disorders of child's and adoledcent’s age. Getting lately a wide distribution so called biopsychosocial model of helping to the children with neuropsychic disorders of organic genesis with including mediacalbiological, psychological-pedagogical and also social aspects, allows to promote efficiency of the multidisciplinary help, aimed to prevention, timely diagnostics, treatment and rehabilitation.
