The article presents a study related to the development of a methodological approach aimed at diagnosing the readiness of hospitality industry enterprises for digitalized personnel management. The transition of human resources management to a digital environment results in the transformation of tasks, basic functions, and the management structure itself. The author diagnosed the hospitality industry of the cities of Moscow, St. Petersburg, and the Krasnodar Territory by the degree of readiness for digitalized personnel management, in which the hospitality industry was most developed. The main method of research was DIGITAL analysis.
