This article discusses radiographic methods for diagnosing diabetic foot syndrome. The standard method of radiation visualization of this pathology is radiography in two projections. Computed tomography should be performed if it is difficult to make a diagnosis using standard radiography, as well as if it is necessary to assess the volume of surgical intervention in the case of plastic reconstruction of the foot. The best visualization of bone and soft tissue structures is with magnetic resonance therapy. Each of the methods has its own advantages and disadvantages, however, only a comprehensive and complete examination of the patient can ensure the correct clinical diagnosis and the appointment of the necessary treatment.
