Diachronic and synchronic aspects of cultural identity of the Tatars

The paper presents the results on the issues of ethnic and cultural identity of the Tatar people in the synchronic and diachronic aspects; the phenomenon of cultural policy and memory and their transformation. The novelty of the presented results is associated with the use of an interdisciplinary approach to the subject, an attempt to build the author's concept of worldview attitudes of Tatars in a synchronic and diachronic aspect with the allocation of a rational, emotional and behavioral component. An attempt is made to analyze the modern features of the formation of the ethnic and cultural identity of the Tatars, its connection with the historical memory of the people. A general model of the synchronic and diachronic aspects of the worldview model of the ethnic and cultural identity of the Tatars was formulated. The assumption of finding similar aspects (rational, sensory, mental, behavioral) characteristic of the synchronic and diachronic view on issues of ethnicity is put forward and justified.
