Dialectical component in the system of versioned thinking of the investigator

The author draws attention to the fact that often investigators form as prevailing, and sometimes as the only ones, and check mainly accusatory hypotheses. On the basis of the provisions of the current legislation, the analysis of law enforcement activities and the opinions of a number of researchers, the fallacy of the indicated practice is stated by the author. It is summarized that the investigator should form and thoroughly check not only accusatory, but also acquittal (defensive) hypotheses. Only in this case the setting of criminal proceedings can be achieved and the objectives of the investigation can be accomplished.
