Бесплатный доступ

The purpose of this article is to define and linguistically analyze dialogic communication of an administrative manager and employees within the administrative discourse. The analysis of the managers’ speech behavior (based on novels by modern writers and oral speech records) made it possible to single out and systematize the speech genres used by managers to achieve communicative goals, namely praise, compliment, gratitude. The article defines the “manager-employee” dialogic communication, analyzes indirect communication and non-verbal means of communication in administrative discourse, and considers the phenomenon of administrative delight. The findings can be useful in the field of management psychology.
