The article examines the effectiveness of the use of didactic games in the process of developing ideas about the adaptation of wild animals to the environment in older preschool children. The purpose of the work is to identify pedagogical conditions that effectively influence the formation of ideas about the adaptation of wild animals to the environment in older preschool children." The leading methods of studying the problem are theoretical analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature and pedagogical experiment.
