The article highlights the study of the evolutionary movement of scientific and pedagogical thought in recent decades, a trend of movement from the issues of improving the organization of the learning process through the increased efficiency of the educational process to the problem of understanding the nature of mental processes, analyzes the state of psychological and pedagogical methods of teaching, summarizes instructional methods, associated with the implicit and explicit formation of knowledge, develops the scheme, based on the internal logic of the relationship of neural ensembles, allowing to form stage-by-stage and develop a frame-based and conceptual organization of knowledge in the process of learning new information, considers the features and classification of explicit and implicit methods and techniques of training, and the possibility of using these methods in teaching, shows the similarities and differences between the terms "concept", "frame" and "cognitom", explains the insight into implicit and explicit teaching methodology.
