The article analyzes the impact of digitalization on the transformation of the educational sphere and the change in didactics in the context of the mass arrival of representatives of generation Z – digital aborigines in education. The specifi c cognitive and behavioral features of this generation, formed in the digital environment, and their infl uence on the choice of educational approaches are described. The disadvantages of traditional streaming didactics are highlighted, and the need for a transition to personalized learning based on a mentoring model based on artifi cial and collaborative intelligence is substantiated. The possibilities of artifi cial intelligence to increase the fl exibility, interactivity and eff ectiveness of educational programs are considered. The readiness of the regulatory framework for the implementation of innovative practices is noted. The conclusion is made about the prospects for the development of education in the direction of personalization, motivation and socialization of students, taking into account modern technological and generational trends.
