One of the main resources of the professional development of a specialist is his/her ability to reflection, realization of diagnostic function of pedagogical analysis in terms of maximum approximation of an evaluation system and control of students' competences to their future professional activity. For this reason they should actively use not only the lecturers of the certain disciplines, but also employers, graduates, lecturer of related disciplines as the external experts. Such control system will allow a student, a university and external parties to evaluate objectively the quality of achieving competences, intensity and efficiency of academic activity, the degree of its accordance to the circumstances of its future working activity.
