Differentiation of citizen revenues as a social and economic problem of Russian society

The Russian economy for decades is towards greater income inequality of the population. The quality and conditions of granting of medical aid, education and recreation began sharply to differ in a small percentage of rich people and the General population. Policies aimed at improving distribution relationships, are able to contribute to the solution of these difficult economic and social problems.
