The researchers deal with differentiation of criminal liability for murder connected with other crimes. The estimates made prove the necessity to reconsider the minimum sanction for this type of crime. It’s necessary to confer by law such aspect as inadmissibility to apply Art. 64, 73 of the Criminal Code of the RF to persons guilty of most serious crimes including murder connected with other crimes.
