Differential diagnostics of scar-combination epiduritis in the postoperative period

Currently, one of the difficult tasks of modern neurosurgery is the problem of differential diagnosis of cicatricial adhesive epiduritis and recurrent disc herniation in the late postoperative period. Studies have shown that the use of the STIR regimen in MRI studies allows a more reliable differentiation between epiduritis and recurrent disc herniation.
