As a result of allergic, pathology, molecular-genetic and bacteriological studies of biomaterial from the animals in farm LLC "maralovodčeskom Fili-n-Agro» of Kaluga region from 26 deer tuberculosis have been confirmed, which amounted to 3.6% of the surveyed population. Molecular-genetic method for differentially genomes two types of TB (bovine and avian).
