Differential equation of particle motion of grain material in separating grain thrower

Analysis of the current state of grain cleaning equipment in farms showed that there is a need for a universal multifunctional grain cleaning equipment capable of cooling, drying, cleaning and fractionationg of grain material in one operation. To meet these requirements, the ESSTU develops a separating grain thrower. The proposed device differs from traditional grain processing machines since it is capable of drying grain material and cleaning it from impurities in one operation. To substantiate the main technological and design characteristics, it is necessary to conduct research on prototypes under economic conditions. The design and manufacture of experimental products of a separating grain thrower should be based on theoretical research based on analytical research and the basics of fundamental mathematics. The article presents the effect of forces on grain material during its movement in a separating grain thrower and the solution of differential equation of the second order, as well as main structural elements of the device.
